Mallorca / Arquinesia
Stepping into Arquinesia, a perfume shop tucked within the colorful streets of Palma in Mallorca, is like wandering into a fever dream. The shop’s intimate experience unfolds room by room, where each space is a visual celebration and aromatic illustration of one of their signature scents, culminating in an apothecary-inspired room showcasing the entire collection. The texture, lighting, and visuals are designed to be savored, and I found myself stopping in a time or two again before leaving Palma just to take it all in again. Perfume bottles did not make the final packing list for this adventure abroad, so I decided to pick up a small bottle here – I was torn between the Fig and the Secret Garden, and though I landed on Secret Garden, I have since enjoyed my Fig samples a bit more and would pick up this fragrance on another trip!
